You will then be asked to enter an email address and enter the confirmation code sent to that email address. You can add a funding source at this time to save in your account or skip over that step if you prefer to do it at the time of making a payment. Lastly, you may be asked your student's First and Last Name and DOB to tie them successfully into your parent account.

    3. CLICK on the Shopping Cart icon. (Once your Edutrak account has been established, you will see icons at the top of the Payment Portal page)

Meal balances and purchase details will show for each student in your household.

To add funds to meal accounts:

    4. SCROLL down the running list of students in your household and locate the section labeled MBA Cafe Lunch. This section will show the lunch number and current lunch balance for your student. Each student will have this section. Deposits must be made separately into food service accounts starting this school year.

    5. LOCATE the $0.00 entry box to the right of the MBA Cafe Lunch section and enter the dollar amount you would like to deposit into the account.

    6. SCROLL down and add any additional deposit amounts you would like to make for each family member.

    7. CLICK the blue box labeled Checkout at the top of the page when you have made all of your deposit entries.

    8. ADD Funding Source if you did not have one already added when you created your account or choose your saved Funding Source on the box that pops up the summary of your Cart.

    9. PAY NOW when you have confirmed the dollar amount looks correct that you would like to deposit and the funding source is correct where funds will come from.

    10. VIEW food service purchase details by going back to your Powerschool Parent Portal main screen and finding the Balance icon on the left pane.

    • Viewing food service purchase details is currently only available for our Charles City Parent Portal account users and does not apply to those that have to log directly into Edutrak to make payments.

    Option 2-

    1. Log directly into the EduTrak payment portal system (Option 2 should mainly be used if you are a Charles City staff member or an Immaculate Conception family and do not have a Charles City Public School Powerschool parent portal account).

    • You will need to setup a new account the first time. Charles City Staff will need to reference this document for instructions on this process as we have a specific DOB you will need to use.
    • IC families that do not have any student enrolled in the public school currently, you will be able to create a family account and enter your student's Student_Number and DOB during the account setup process and it will pull your students into the family portal with their correct food service balance. Deposits will be made back into those proper food service accounts.

    2. You can then reference step 3 above and follow the rest of the instructions on how to deposit money into your account.
