Check meal balances, add funds and view purchase details for each student.
Starting 25-26SY lunch money will need to be added to each individual student’s meal account, there will no longer be a single family account.
To get started:
1. LOG IN to PowerSchool using your existing username and password.
2. CLICK the Balances tab on the left navigation bar.
Meal balances and purchase details will show for each student in your household.
To add funds to meal accounts:
Option 1-
1. In the upper right-hand toolbar, click on the Applications icon. (small box with an arrow pointing out of it)
2. A menu will open – click on SchoolPay
3. A new window will open, on the right side of the screen, click on Food Services
(or on mobile, click on the menu button in the right corner and pick food services)
4. You can review your individual balance for each student on that screen, review purchase history, and add money to your account by clicking Add Funds Now.
Option 2-
1. Log into SchoolPay using your existing username and password.
(If new: use the same email address and username as your PowerSchool)
2. You can review your individual balance for each student on that screen, review purchase history, and add money to your account by clicking Add Funds Now.
